How We Separate Player Balances from Operational Funds

We maintain a policy of segregating player funds from our operational accounts. In principle, this means:

• All player deposits and pending winnings are held in separate bank accounts or custodial wallets that are not used for day-to-day operating expenses.
• These segregated funds are not accessible for creditor claims in the event of insolvency, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• We reconcile these accounts daily to ensure that player balances are always fully covered by available funds.
• For cryptocurrency deposits, funds are held in dedicated cold-storage wallets where feasible, and hot-wallet balances are kept only at levels sufficient to process routine withdrawals.

We do not lend, invest, or use player funds for any purpose other than honouring gameplay and withdrawals. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing claim — we report on it internally and to any relevant oversight bodies as required.
